The base of the Hi-Tech Group was formed
in 1994 with the establishment in the Netherlands
of Hi-Tech Amusement B.V., which until today
develops and sells amusement machines. During
the last ten years more companies, all focusing
on different activities in the electronic
amusement industry, have been established.
Based on this growth and the emphasis of
a general group policy, since 2004 the name
Hi-Tech Group has been used and a holding
company with the same name has been established.

The main item of our group policy is to have
the different companies operating totally independently
with their own management, strategy and targets,
but wherever possible making use of the group
synergy.
